Mr Marco Mangano

Principal

I am the Principal Podiatrist, with a rich and varied career in podiatry. I graduated in 1996 and opened my practice in 2008 in collaboration with MedPlaza. Over the years, I have dedicated myself to providing exceptional care to my patients, specialising in various aspects of podiatric medicine.

One of my most notable roles was working in a high-risk foot clinic for 10 years. In this position, I gained extensive experience managing complex foot and lower limb conditions, particularly for patients with diabetes and other systemic diseases that pose a high risk to foot health. My work involved meticulous assessment, prevention, and treatment of severe foot problems, helping to prevent complications such as ulcers, infections, and amputations. I have closely worked in a multidisciplinary clinic and I like to take a holistic approach with each patient.

I have a keen interest in biomechanics and take pride in the prevention of lower limb injuries. My interests includes all scope of podiatry practice such as nail surgery, footwear assessment and general podiatry.

Unfortunately, in 2019, I was involved in a motor vehicle accident that has since limited my ability to practice podiatry in the same capacity. Despite this setback, I continue to oversee the operations of the practice, ensuring that our patients receive the highest standard of care.

I am passionate about the field of podiatry and remain committed to advancing foot health and wellness in the community.
